Tracking A Support Ticket

  1. Log into the IAM Portal: Navigate to the "Support" section.
  2. Check the Ticket Status: Each ticket will have a status indicator (e.g., Open, In Progress, Resolved, Closed).
  3. Click on the ticket to view additional details, updates, and responses from the support team


  1. Respond to or Update Your Ticket: If needed, add additional comments or information by replying to the ticket within the portal.
  2. Close the Ticket: Once the issue is resolved to your satisfaction, you can close the ticket by clicking the "Close Ticket" option, or it will automatically be closed by the support team after resolution.
