How to Access:

- Navigate to the "Need Help?" section, usually found in the top right corner.
- Click to browse articles, FAQs, and guides categorized by topics (e.g., user management, MFA setup, SSO configuration).
- Use the search bar to find specific solutions based on keywords related to your issue (e.g., “reset password,” “SAML configuration”).
Reaching Technical Support
If you cannot resolve your issue through the knowledge base, our technical support team is available to assist you.
