Overview
Once logged in, you’ll be greeted by the user interface (UI) of the Fixiam solution. The UI is designed to be intuitive, making it easy for users to navigate through different sections and perform tasks efficiently. The modules available will be based off of each user’s permission
Dashboard Overview (Admin):
Main Dashboard: The dashboard is the central hub where you can access the most important information and tools. It typically displays an overview of different analytics giving insight on what’s happening within the application.
Quick Actions: The dashboard may include quick action buttons or shortcuts to frequently used features like “Add User,” “Customize,” or “Add Applications.”
Application Layout - Top Bar
Log Out: The option to log out of the system is found at the top right corner of the screen throughout the app
Need Help: A “Need Help?” link is located on the layout to provide quick access to support resources.
Feedback: Provide feedback for the development, support, marketing and sales team of the Fixiam project.
Navigation Menu:
Left Navigation Bar: It provides access to the main sections of the Fixiam solution.
User Management (Admin): Manage user accounts, create and assign roles, and organize users into groups for easier management.
Applications: View, access and manage integrated applications, configure Single Sign-On (SSO), and manage access policies.
Reports (Admin): Access reports on user activity, access patterns, and applications integrated.
Settings (Admin): Configure user and system settings, security policies, and integrations.
Profile: Clicking on it opens a page where you can access your account settings. Here, you can update your personal information, change your password, and manage biometric enrolment.
Support (Admin): Raise support tickets on any perceived anomalies that would be attended to by the Fixiam support team.
Contextual Help and Support:Tooltips: Hovering over certain buttons or options may display tooltips, offering brief explanations or tips on how to use that feature
