Organization Management

Introduction

Fixiam allows administrators to create and manage organizations efficiently. Organizations can be categorized as Single (managing their own users) or Enterprise (managing multiple smaller organizations). The Organization Management module provides key features, including:

Creating new organizations

Managing organization details

Viewing and deactivating organizations

Generating organization reports for analytics

By following the steps below, you can set up and manage your organization seamlessly.


Step 1: Access the Organization Management Page

From the left menu, click on Organization.

Select Organization Management to view the list of organizations.

Click Create Organization (top right corner).


Step 2: Fill in Organization Details

A form will appear. Fill in the following details:

Organization Name (required)

Organization Size (required)

Organization Industry (required)

Organization Location (required)

State/Province

Admin First Name (required)

Admin Last Name (required)

Admin Position

Admin Email

Admin Phone Number

Click Save to proceed.


Step 3: Organization Created Successfully

A confirmation message will appear: "Organization Created Successfully".

Click Close to return to the Organization Management page.

Step 4: Sub-Organization Admin Account Setup

The sub-organization admin will receive an email invitation with a link to set up their account.

They must follow the Account Creation Guide outlined in this manual, including:

Entering their email address

Verifying their OTP

Setting up their personal and organization details

Logging in with the provided temporary password

Resetting their password

Connecting their authenticator app

Adding biometrics for security

Once setup is complete, the sub-organization admin will have full access to manage their organization


Step 5: Managing Organizations

The newly created organization will now appear in the Organization Management List.

You can search, filter, and sort organizations using the search bar and filters.

Click on the three-dot menu under Actions to:

View Details

Deactivate the Organization


Step 6: Organization Reports

Navigate to Organization Report in the left menu.

View key metrics such as:

Number of applications

Number of users

Number of biometrically enrolled users

Number of authenticated apps (SAML/OpenID)

Use the Export button to download the report.

This completes the Organization Setup process. Your organization is now ready for user and application management!
