Quick Start

For New Users

  1. Reset Your Password: Since this is your first time logging in, you'll need to set your password
  2. Access the Login Page: Navigate to the IAM solution's login page using the provided URL (e.g., https://yourcompany-iam.seamfix.com).

  1. Initiate Password Reset:
  • Enter your registered email address in the provided field.
  • Enter the password that was sent in the welcome email that was sent
  • The system will prompt you to change your password
  • Enter your new password, making sure it meets the security requirements (e.g., minimum length, use of special characters).
  • Confirm the new password and click “Submit.”
  1. Log In with New Password: Return to the login page, enter your email and new password, then click “Log In.”
  2. Complete Your Demographic Details: After resetting your password, you’ll be prompted to complete your demographic details.
  3. Access the Demographics Page: Once logged in, the system will automatically redirect you to the demographic information page.
  4. Fill Out Required Fields:

Enter your personal information, such as:

  • Full Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Contact Number

  • Department/Role (if applicable)

  • Address (optional)

  1. Verify Information: Double-check that all the information is correct and complete.
  2. Click “Save” or “Next” to proceed.
  1. Connect Google Authenticator: To enhance security, you’ll need to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using Google Authenticator.
  2. Access the MFA Setup: After saving your demographic details, the system will prompt you to set up MFA.
  3. Download Google Authenticator App: If you haven’t already, download the Google Authenticator app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.
  4. Scan the QR Code
  • The system will display a QR code on your screen.
  • Open the Google Authenticator app on your phone, tap the “+” button, and select “Scan a QR code.”
  • Scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen.
  • Enter the Authentication Code:
  • Google Authenticator will generate a 6-digit code.
  • Enter this code into the designated field on the IAM setup page and click “Verify.”
  1. Confirmation:
  • Once the code is verified, Google Authenticator will be successfully linked to your account.
  • You will be redirected to the next setup step.

  1. Onboard Your Biometrics (Face and Finger): Finally, you’ll need to onboard your biometrics to complete your security profile.
  1. Face Biometrics:
  • Access Face Biometrics Setup:
  • The system will prompt you to start the facial recognition setup.
  • Ensure your camera is enabled and accessible by the browser.
  • Capture Face Image:
  • Position your face within the frame shown on the screen.
  • Follow any on-screen instructions to adjust your position (e.g., “Move closer,” “Look straight ahead”).
  • When your face is properly aligned, the system will automatically capture your image.
  • Confirm Face Biometrics:
  • Review the captured image and confirm if it’s clear and accurate.
  • Click “Save” or “Next” to proceed.
  1. Fingerprint Biometrics:
  • Access Fingerprint Setup:
  • The system will now guide you to set up your fingerprint biometrics.
  • Ensure that your device is equipped with a fingerprint scanner (typically external devices).
  • Scan Your Fingerprints:
  • Place your finger on the scanner as prompted by the system.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to lift and replace your finger multiple times to capture different angles.
  • Confirm Fingerprint Biometrics:
  • Once your fingerprints are successfully captured, confirm the accuracy.
  • Click “Save” to complete the setup.
  • Complete Setup
  • Once all the steps are completed:
  1. Final Review:
  • The system may present a summary of your setup, including MFA, biometrics, and personal details.
  • Review everything to ensure accuracy.
  1. Access the Dashboard:
  • Click “Finish” to access the main dashboard of the IAM solution, where you can begin using the system’s features.

For Returning Users

  1. Access the Login Page: Open your web browser and navigate to the Fixiam solution's login page. This URL is typically provided by your system administrator or IT department (e.g., https://yourcompany-iam.seamfix.com).
  2. Enter Your Credentials:
  • On the login page, you will see fields for entering your email and password.
  • Enter the email address associated with your account.
  • Type in your password. If you forget your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link to initiate the password recovery process.
  1. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) (if enabled):
  • If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled for your account, you will be prompted to complete an additional verification step.
  • Depending on your organization’s configuration, this could be entering a code using Google Authenticator or providing you biometrics.
  • Complete the MFA step by following the on-screen instructions.
  1. Click “Sign In”:
  • After entering your credentials (and completing MFA, if required), click the “Sign In” button.
  • If your credentials are correct, you will be directed to the dashboard or homepage of the IAM solution.

Troubleshooting Login Issues:

  • If you are unable to log in, double-check that your username and password are entered correctly.
  • Ensure that caps lock is not enabled on your keyboard.
